The following weekly classes are currently offered this fall at A Little Space: Mixed Level: Yoga I — Basic and Yoga II — Intermediate; Yoga for Every Day; and Meditation & Tai Chi. Other opportunities include: Bimonthly Restorative Yoga Classes & NEW IN 2019! Bimonthly Sunday Play Days: Healing Movement and Energy Classes. Also offered are tai chi and yoga classes at other locations and various individual and group private sessions and classes.
All classes at A Little Space except for the monthly classes and workshops are currently taught as classes on scheduled dates, usually six classes over six weeks, according to interest. Please check back regularly to review the schedule.
