The following weekly classes are currently offered this spring at A Little Space: Mixed Level: Yoga I — Basic and Yoga II — Intermediate, Meditation & Tai Chi, and Yoga for Every Day. Other opportunities include: Monthly Restorative Yoga Classes. Also offered are tai chi and yoga classes at other locations and various individual and group private sessions and classes.
All classes at A Little Space except for the monthly classes and workshops are currently taught as classes on scheduled dates, usually six classes over six weeks, according to interest. Please check back regularly to review the schedule.
