Happenings Around A Little Space This Weekend: Mary Paffard/Brigit Saint Brigit Opens ARMS AND THE MAN/First Central Annual Book Sale/Master Singers’ “Soup, Sip & Song”/Eating Workshop Next Weekend!

Hi All,
Happy Almost Halloween! What are you going to be? When was the last time that you dressed up and played? Even one little silly costume piece can be fun. Try it!
Here are some happenings around A Little Space this weekend:
1. I will be studying once more in town with lovely visiting yoga teacher Mary Paffard. See the attached flyer. There may still be room. Contact Karla on flyers if interested. Mary has influenced much of my “rooting” — pelvic floor, kidneys, feet — in my practice and teaching.

2. Brigit Saint Brigit Theatre has again been rehearsing at the Church for several weeks now. They will open their play and their 2015-2016 season with Arms and the Man by George Bernard Shaw tomorrow night, Friday, October 30th, in Memorial Hall at the Church. The play will run through November 15th. They are a great local theater company who is always present classic work with much thought and care. I always have left their productions thinking more about the play and its characters. Go!!! Support Local Arts! Tickets are only available for purchase online:
3. First Central is having another big Book Sale, which started yesterday, October 28th, and will run through November 14th. They will also have Christmas decorations for sale. See attached card.

4. Another regular working neighbor of A Little Space is the Master Singers of Omaha. This weekend they are hosting what looks like a fun event:

There is still time to make your reservations for this Sunday’s Soup, Sip, & Song!
Don’t miss this fall tradition, email your reservation request in today!

5. Next Sunday, November 8th, is A Little Space’s Annual Yoga for Digestion Workshop (inspired by Mary Paffard!), where we practice, talk about eating, actually eat, and practice again. 1-4 p.m. $45. Just email to sign up.
Besides all these wonderful events, Nature has her own gifts. Be sure to step outside, breathe, and admire them. Every day.
May we all hold space for ourselves to breathe, to be, to feel human once more.
Namaste,
Nicole
